Stefan Friedrichs was from 2007 to 2014 managing director and shareholder of Public One Ltd. As Senior Partner with Public One his current responsibilites lie with core themes such as executive personell, organisational development and transitional change.
His academic training in administrative sciences and master of business administration took place in Germany, Switzerland and the UK. He completed additional training in the areas of executive coaching and systemical management. He was elected representative as member of supervisory councils.
Since 2010 he teaches at the Berlin School for Economics and Law. As a lecturer for Non-profit management, his areas of expertise are cooperation management and processes in mergers. For more than 15 years he is advising organisations and executives in the public and non-profit sector.
As a coach, trainer and consultant he advises teams, specialists and executives in complex reorganisation processes and introductions of performance management and management systems. He conceived procedures for assessment of executives for German federal ministries conducted coachings with executives and their teams. He accompanies diverse reorganisation and optimisation processes for the heads of deparment of a German federal agency, for the national headquarters of an interest group and a government-supported corporation. In social economy he is involved in strategy building and successfully acts as moderator in conflict situations.
Since 2002 Stefan Friedrichs works as consultant, process supervisor and project manager in many regions of Europe. Also he is active in international capacity development projects for clients such as the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety, the German Federal Enterprise for International Cooperation Ltd., the European Union and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.
Stefan Friedrichs is married, has two children and lives in Berlin.
